Product Description:

For the recycling of waste tires, the whole waste tire can be decomposed, and the rubber particles, steel wire, fibers are separated, so that various materials can be recycled and utilized.

System Workflow:

1. Conveyor belt 1: transport the tire to the shredder;
2. Shredder: shred the tire;
3. Conveyor belt 2: the tire fragments are transported out;
4. Magnetic separator 1: separate the steel wire in the rubber;
5. Crusher: crush the rubber to less than 8mm;
6. Magnetic separator 2: remove the steel wire that may be left;
7. Vibrating screen: the rubber material is graded by size;
8. Fiber separator: separation of fiber;
9. Recycling bagging;
10. Centralized control of the electrical box.
Tire recycling: The rubber in the tire can be separated from the fiber, and the cleanliness of a single separation can reach more than 99%.
