Main features of Guan dehumidification and drying system:

1. The dew point temperature is stable. The dew point temperature of Shibo series dehumidification dryers can be stabilized below -40 degrees, which improves the disadvantage of unstable dew point temperature of particle molecular sieve double-barrel dehumidification dryers and particle molecular sieve rotary disc dehumidification dryers.
2. Do not pollute plastic raw materials to ensure quality. The ceramic substrate is chemically crystallized from silica gel, and there is no problem of the loss of silica powder due to insufficient bonding force of the immersed runner. Improve the problem that the dehumidifier with molecular sieve as the base material enters the drying barrel with the dehumidifying air due to the dehumidification of the molecular sieve, thereby contaminating the raw materials.

3. Large adsorption area and small pressure loss. The adsorption area per kilogram of molecular sieve is 700 square meters, while the adsorption area per cubic meter of the honeycomb runner can reach 3000 square meters. In order to achieve the same adsorption area, the volume of the dehumidification and drying system can be minimized. The honeycomb structure has many small holes, dry air can pass through smoothly, no extra load is generated, and unnecessary energy waste is not caused.

4. High efficiency and low loss. The thickness of the center of the honeycomb runner is only 0.22mm, so the efficiency of moisture absorption and regeneration and dehumidification are very high, and the regeneration temperature of 180 °C can save more than 40% of energy compared with the traditional regeneration temperature of 230 °C.

5. Long service life. The base material of the honeycomb runner is inorganic ceramic fiber, which is resistant to acid, alkali, corrosion, and fire at a high temperature of 1000 degrees. Because the adsorbent is formed by long crystal, it can be washed with water or solvent to keep the performance unchanged, and the average life span can reach more than 10 years.
